What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will:
Drive Success in Pre-Construction: Lead the project journey from award to delivery, managing planning, design coordination, procurement, and seamless transition to site operations.
Shape Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to align technical design, planning, procurement, and operations. Ensure compliance with procedures, optimise costs, and identify opportunities to add value.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers, representing the company at the highest level.
Innovative Problem Solving: Identify risks, propose innovative solutions, and ensure efficient decision-making to keep projects on track.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage teams across multiple projects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise & Experience: A degree or higher-level qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields, with at least 5 years’ experience in managing pre-construction activities.
Leadership Qualities: Resilient, positive, and a true team player who thrives in high-pressure environments.
Technical Savvy: A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of technical design, project specifications, and risk analysis.
Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills to align diverse viewpoints and drive collaborative success.
Innovative Thinker: A strategic mind capable of adding value at every stage of the design and pre-construction process.
Key Competencies Include:
