Job Description

Responsibilities
·       Data Conversion/Migration:

o   Transition data from clients’ legacy systems onto our platform.

o   Ensure data accuracy and completeness during the conversion/migration process.

o   Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues during migration.

o   Collaborate with clients to understand their data structures and requirements.

·       SQL Report Management: Create, adapt, and maintain SQL-based reports to meet business requirements.

·       Billing Support:

o   Provide 2nd line support for billing-related queries and issues.

o   Assist customers and internal teams with billing discrepancies and clarifications.

o   Develop and implement solutions to complex billing problems.

·       Data Analysis:

o   Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

o   Interpret and clarify complex billing rules to ensure accurate data processing.

o   Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Experience Required
    Must have:
    ·       Prior experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • ·       Demonstrated experience in managing and analysing large datasets.
